Mystico Support

1. What does the app do?

Mystico is a mobile app focused on daily insight and symbolic reflection. It can generate AI-assisted interpretations for flows such as coffee, dream, tarot, and palm readings, and falls back to a local backup interpretation engine if AI is unavailable.

2. How are readings created?

The current version of Mystico builds a symbolic interpretation flow based on the user's selections and notes. For coffee readings, the user may optionally select a cup photo. The result screen also includes an option to generate a visual inspired by the reading.

3. What data is stored?

The selected display name and recently saved readings may be stored on the device. When AI-assisted interpretation is enabled, reading input text and any optional coffee-cup image may be sent to the AI provider. Local data can be deleted from the in-app Privacy screen.

4. Are there ads or subscriptions?

The current release does not include ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

5. What should I send when reporting a technical issue?
