Delivery & Return Policy

1. General Information

The services offered by Benai Technologies consist of AI consulting, custom software development, SaaS subscription services, and digital automation solutions. Our services are delivered digitally, and there is no physical product delivery.

2. Digital Service Delivery

  • SaaS subscription services are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Custom software development projects are delivered according to the timeline specified in the project agreement.
  • Consulting services are conducted digitally (via video conference) following appointment/meeting scheduling.
  • All digital deliveries are communicated via notification to the customer's registered email address.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • SaaS Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. No pro-rata refund is provided for the current period. Annual subscriptions have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • Custom Software Projects: Cancellation and refund terms in the project agreement apply. No refund is provided for completed phases.
  • Consulting Services: No refund is provided for completed consulting sessions. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of digital content and service delivery. The customer acknowledges that by giving explicit consent before the service delivery begins, they waive their right of withdrawal.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@benai.ai.
  • Eligible refund requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of application.
  • The refund amount is returned via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

This Delivery & Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations. For disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
