Mystico Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Mystico is a mobile app focused on symbolic readings and journaling. This page explains what data is stored locally on the device, what data may be sent to external services during AI-assisted reading flows, and what control options are available to the user in the iOS and Android app.

2. Data stored locally

The current version of Mystico may store the following information on the device:

• Selected display name or preferred form of address
• Recently saved readings

3. Data that may be sent when AI is enabled

When AI-assisted interpretation is enabled, the following inputs may be sent to an external AI service in order to generate the reading:

• Text entered into reading screens
• Selected focus, emotion, spread, or line selections
• Short context needed to shape the tone of the interpretation
• An optional coffee-cup photo selected by the user on the coffee reading screen

4. Data not collected

The current release does not include the following:

• Account creation
• Cloud sync
• Ad tracking
• Third-party analytics SDKs
• Live chat or human-reader infrastructure
• Real-money in-app purchase infrastructure

5. Visual generation and temporary data

When a visual is generated from a reading on the result screen, the generated image may be kept in device memory for the current session. It is not written into the permanent reading history.

6. Deletion and control

Local profile information and saved readings can be deleted from the in-app Privacy screen. If AI mode is disabled, the app does not send reading data to the AI service and falls back to its local backup interpretation flow.

7. Children's privacy

Mystico is designed for a general adult audience. The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children.
